(Bismarck, ND) -- A bill that would have allowed alcohol sales after 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve is dead. The state Senate killed the bill, but the House is considering another that would loosen restrictions on alcohol sales during declared states of emergency. Representative Rick Becker introduced the bill.
