More Testing Needed After 18 Deer Test Positive For CWD

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The North Dakota Game and Fish Department says more testing is needed after 18 more deer have tested positive for chronic wasting disease.  The new cases bring the confirmed positives to 44 since 2009, when the disease first showed up in southwest North Dakota.  CWD is a brain disease that always leads to death in deer, elk, and moose.
