(Fargo, ND) -- A man is under arrest after police say he started a vehicle fire at the Fargo Islamic Center over the weekend. Police say they were called to the area on Sunday and a witness saw a person walking away after the car was engulfed in flames. The owner of the vehicle, Hasan Shire Hassan, was arrested for arson.
