(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Health Department is proposing 95-million dollars for the state's continuing pandemic response. The amount would make up 36-percent of the department's proposed 260-million-dollar budget. The money would be allocated for the 2021 to 2023 budget cycle, which begins July 1st.
