Sen. Cramer joins Bipartisan push to include measures bolstering the US-Israel relationship in 2020 NDAA

U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) member, joined a bipartisan letter led by Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) to the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate Armed Services committees urging them to support provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act which will maintain the close cooperation between the United States and Israel.

“Expanding military and civilian cooperation between the United States and Israel will give us a leg up when countering emerging threats,” the senators wrote. “We hope to work with you through the conference process to ensure these provisions are included in the final NDAA.”

Senators Cramer, Cruz, and Gillibrand are joined on the letter by Senators Maria Cantwell (D-WA), Jacky Rosen (D-NV), Mike Crapo (R-ID), Ben Sasse (R-NE), Jerry Moran (R-KS), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Robert Casey (D-PA), Steve Daines (R-MT), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Cory Booker (D-NJ), and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA).
