Impact Dakota receives funding for COVID-19 response

U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) under the U.S. Department of Commerce awarded $119,000 to The Dakota Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Inc., or Impact Dakota.

These funds are awarded through the Emergency Appropriations for Coronavirus Health Response and Agency Operations as authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. This investment through the NIST MEP Emergency Assistance Program will be used to support Impact Dakota, the North Dakota MEP Center, to assist North Dakota-based U.S. small- and medium-sized manufacturers to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Click here to read more.
