North Dakota Chief Information Officer Shawn Riley yesterday announced a new executive position within the state’s Information Technology team. The Chief Customer Success Officer is directly aligned with elevating NDIT’s focus on driving business value for customers through a holistic strategy, including technical integration to achieve state agencies’ business needs.
“Our ability to meet customers’ growing expectations during a time of rapid technological change includes emphasis on relationship management, driving accountability through metrics and measures, and driving business value across the state’s numerous technology projects,” said Riley. “In short: the CCSO will be responsible for seamless integration with business owners and alignment of goals, priorities and strategies.”
