 Mike Holmes, Vice President Of Research And Development for the Lignite Energy Council, will give an overview of the recent Lignite Research Council where three R&D projects were unanimously approved. The projects are geared toward enhancing the lignite industry. The R&D program is a partnership between the state and the industry and dates back to the mid-1980's.
